Gospel Women was founded by Pastor Randie Heather, a local church leader, mom, wife, sister, & friend, with a passion for sharing the Good News of Jesus across Western New York. Her vision was to create a space where all women are invited, loved, & empowered to grow. Now more than ever, she believes women of all ages & stages of life need a life-giving community, one that builds up, encourages, & holds space for real conversations while speaking truth against the lies we’ve carried for too long. Pastor Randie firmly believes that true healing is found in Jesus & that no woman should walk that journey alone.
